  • “Employer/WorkHost” means anyone posting opportunities or listing workplaces.
  • “Job Seeker/Wanderer” means any User applying to jobs or registering as a traveler.

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Site.
  • You agree to provide accurate info and keep it updated.
  • You won’t post illegal, harassing, or infringing content.
  • You won’t try to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Site.

4. Accounts & Security

  • Employers and Job Seekers must create accounts.
  • You’re responsible for anything done under your login.
  • Let us know immediately if your credentials are compromised.

5. Content Ownership & License

  • You own what you post (resumes, job descriptions, comments).
  • By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to display it.
  • We’re allowed to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Third‑Party Links

The Site may link to external sites (e.g., to employers’ pages). Those are out of our control; don’t blame us if they mess up. We’re not responsible for third‑party content.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We operate the Site “as‑is.” No promises it’ll work flawlessly or be secure 100% of the time.
  • We’re not responsible for job postings, interviews, or agreements with employers. That’s between you and them.
  • Under no circumstances are we liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Wander Trust Jobs (and its team) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Modification or Termination

We can update these Terms whenever. We’ll post the changes here and update the Effective Date.

We may also suspend or discontinue your access to the Site at our discretion — with or without reason or notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
